Acceptable Use Policy

EstiLumina is for running your own organization’s construction work — takeoff, estimating, budgets, bids, field records, and billing. You are responsible for the content your team uploads (drawings, specifications, photos, contacts, financial records) and must have the right to upload and share it. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; each teammate should use their own seat.

• Probe, scan, or bypass security or RLS boundaries
• Access another organization’s data without authorization
• Upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringing
• Abuse APIs, automate scraping of the Service, or overload infrastructure
• Use the Service to send spam or phishing via portal/messaging features
• Resell the Service without a written partner agreement
• Misrepresent EstiLumina features (e.g. claiming BIM or SSO when not shipped)

Signed portal links (owner portal, trade bid portal, external reply links) are for the specific client, trade, or consultant you invited. Do not republish them, use them to give the public access to a job, or automate requests against them. If a link reaches the wrong person, tell us and we will help you rotate it.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email support@estilumina.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Do not test against production data that is not yours, and do not access more than you need to demonstrate the issue. We read these reports and reply.

We may investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Where the problem is fixable and no one is at risk, we normally contact you first so you can fix it. Report abuse to support@estilumina.com.
