- Access another organization’s data without authorization
- Upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringing
- Abuse APIs, automate scraping of the Service, or overload infrastructure
- Use the Service to send spam or phishing via portal/messaging features
- Resell the Service without a written partner agreement
- Misrepresent EstiLumina features (e.g. claiming BIM/AI/SSO when not shipped)
