About 35 minutes · 6 guides to read · a check of 10 questions, 8 to pass

Read, in this order

  1. Takeoff: calibrate, measure, name sheets
Calibrate first, measure with the line you named, confirm what Find similar proposes, push when ready.
  2. Estimate → proposal → send
Price the worksheet with Bulk edit and the catalog, push to the budget, send the proposal.
  3. Cost catalog: first item, then the book
One price book for takeoff and the estimate — you confirm every rate.
  4. Vendors & cost catalog: one directory, one price book
One directory of trades and one catalog feed every job.
  5. Bid requests: packages, quotes, leveling, award
Freeze the package, level the quotes, award the whole bid or line by line.
  6. Keyboard: search, chords, the worksheet
⌘K finds anything; the worksheet moves from the keyboard.
