Warranties: claims after turnover
Warranty claims stay on the job — due date, SLA, and a chase to the owner portal. Homebuilder package; other packages open the same list from Job Home.
1. Log the claim on the job
Add a claim with the job, title, due date, and a cost note if you have one. Status moves open → in progress → closed.
Open Warranties →2. Chase the owner when it is their court
Invite the homeowner to the portal so the claim shows under Needs you. Chase sends the reminder — it does not invent a second ticket system.
