Two-factor sign-in adds a six-digit code from an authenticator app to every new sign-in on your account. Any user can turn it on — no admin needed — and anyone can end every other session on their account in one click.
Settings → Security → Two-factor sign-in → Turn on. Scan the code with Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator (or type the setup key), then enter the six-digit code the app shows. From then on, each new sign-in asks for a fresh code after your password.
