Reports: AR, WIP, and what is left after costs
Portfolio reports pull from live jobs — unpaid invoices, under/over billed, and margin after budget used. Print the page for a draw meeting; export the pack when you need a CSV.
1. Chase unpaid invoices
Money waiting groups open invoices by due date. Follow up opens Invoicing on the overdue filter — same balances, not a second AR book.
Open Reports →2. Read WIP and under/over billed
Earned value comes from costed schedule tasks. Under billed is work done you have not invoiced yet. Print AR, WIP, and margin when you need a paper pack.
WIP / EV →3. Export the pack
Export pack downloads left-after-costs, unpaid invoices, and the change-order log as CSV. Permission sits on export_reports.
