Their project opens as a home screen for a phone: the latest site photo, This week (what happened, what is next, what needs them), the decisions waiting with one verb each, photos by week, selection boards with product photos and links, the money in the same numbers your job home shows, the schedule as milestones, and who to call. They pick finishes, approve a pick or a change with a typed name, pay draws when Collect is connected, and can turn on a weekly summary email — Monday mornings, only when something changed. No Takeoff or Job Run in their view.
