Owners get one calm project view — selections, approvals, progress, and payments — on a sign-in link, with no app to download and no paid seat. You choose what they see before they see it.

On the job, pick which documents, updates, and money views are shared. Use Preview as the owner to read the portal exactly as they will — before anyone is invited.

Send the invite to the client’s email. They open the project with a sign-in link — no app to download, and portal clients never consume a paid workspace seat.

On that job they pick finishes, then approve the pick or a change with a typed name. They follow progress and pay draws when Collect is connected. No Takeoff or Job Run in their view.

Every portal action lands back on the same job record — approved changes update the budget, payments update still-owed, and the Needs-you inbox shows what is waiting on whom.
