1. Open Field on the job
Field hub lists jobs. Open a job for logs, photos, punch, time, and inspections. Offline tray shows what is waiting to sync.

Clock in as yourself. On clock-out you can split hours across cost codes so labor Actuals land on the right budget lines.
Time →3. Sign an inspection once
Start a checklist, mark pass/fail, then Sign complete. Each tap updates the same form — it does not spawn extra copies.
Inspect →4. Close punch with proof, and read Sync
A punch item closes from the phone with a photo of the finished work — required, paired with the before photo. Orders and bills read with no signal from the last copy the phone saw. Sync lists everything queued, sent or refused, with the reason. When the office and the phone change the same item, the last save wins for a status or a figure; photos and notes are never lost — both are kept.
Field →5. Confirm dates and close tasks from the phone
Today lists what is on the schedule now and over the next two weeks. Confirm these dates tells the office the crew will be there: the schedule shows who confirmed and when, and says so if the task moves after. Tasks is the job’s task list — add one, mark it done, reopen it; the office’s Tasks tab has it the moment it is sent. With no signal, a job this phone has opened opens again from the copy it keeps, any tab of it; Sync’s Keep on this phone sets how long the list and the copies stay.
