Drawings, specs & photos: the current set, on the job
A drawing register that knows which revision is current, spec sections organized by CSI division, and jobsite photos on the same record — so RFIs cite the right sheet and bid packages carry the right divisions.
1. Register drawings with revisions
On the job, add sheets with revision, date, and status. Link each current sheet to its vault PDF — a pulse warns when a current sheet has no file. When a new revision arrives, supersede the old one so nobody builds from yesterday’s set.
