Bid inbox: packages out for quote
Bid requests is the office inbox — open packages and awaiting quotes across jobs. Issue the RFQ on the job Bids tab; this desk is read-only.
1. Issue the package on the job
Open a job → Bids. Invite trades, freeze the set, and send the portal link. The inbox only shows what you already issued.

Bid requests lists open packages, quotes in, and who is still awaiting. Open package jumps to that bid on the job.

Level and award on Bids. Trades shows coverage — awarded vs still out — without a second login for the sub.
