EstiLumina
Sales & Estimating
Calibrate, assemble, measure, set depth/height, push to estimate + Excel qty export/import.
You confirm every quantity. Find similar can propose count, length, or area — you confirm before it is a quantity.

Qty lives in a separate digitizer — retyping into the estimate invites drift.
All packages — core of Sales & Estimating
Construction takeoff software should not end in a CSV you retype into the estimate. On EstiLumina, calibration, assembly presets, and depth or height factors live on the same job that will later hold budget, RFQ, and pay applications.
Open a PDF or image sheet, set scale once, and draw lengths, areas, or counts with trade assemblies that stick on the next sheet. When you still edit quantities offline, Excel export and import keep the same line ids — so the push into estimating does not invent a second set of numbers.
You confirm every quantity. Find similar can propose count, length, or area — you confirm before it is a quantity. That honesty matters on bid day: the quantity you priced is the quantity the job will run.
Open a PDF or image sheet and calibrate scale.
Measure length, area, or count. Find similar can propose repeats — you confirm.
Set depth, height, thickness, or pitch factor on the takeoff.
Push to estimate — or Excel export/import by id when editing qtys offline.
