EstiLumina is construction software for takeoff through payment: one job record carries quantities from the drawing into the estimate, the locked estimate into the budget, RFQ awards into commitments, field capture into actuals, and the schedule of values into pay applications. It is built for subcontractors, homebuilders, and mid-market general contractors — the teams where the person who priced the job is close to the person who runs it.
Not another tool bolted onto the pile — the pile itself: the digitizer export retyped into a bid sheet, the budget workbook that drifts from the estimate, the RFQ email chains where nobody knows which documents a trade saw, and the progress bill rebuilt from a stale copy of the SOV. On EstiLumina those are one record, so handoffs stop inventing second versions of the truth. We do not name other products; the honest comparison is with the scattered-spreadsheets way of working.
EstiLumina is operated by Negi Enterprise Inc (British Columbia, Canada) and is founder-run: the person who builds the product also answers support@estilumina.com. Small on purpose — no sales floor between you and the person who can fix your problem.
